DESCRIPTION

Denise Oldham introduces speakers Bayliss Fiddiman (she/her) and Leila Abolfazli (she/her) from the National Women’s Law Center. The panel discusses the interaction between Title IX’s protections for pregnant students and laws in some states that restrict and/or criminalize abortion, in the post Dobbs v. Jackson women’s health era.
