DESCRIPTION

Agenda

The Annual BCLT Privacy Law Forum has become the most important privacy conference in the country. Last year, 900 practitioners, scholars, and students registered to attend the event. This year, we anticipate even more registrants, with the option to join live or stream the event afterward on B-CLE. CLE and CPE credit will be offered.

Bridging academia and practice, this conference brings together in-house counsel from leading tech companies, practicing lawyers, regulators, privacy advocates, and academics. Faculty from the UC Berkeley School of Law will share their latest research and analysis, and leading privacy experts from law firms, companies, and government agencies will offer fresh insight and practical advice on meeting urgent privacy challenges.

We are excited to collaborate with Privacy Law at Berkeley to share this year’s agenda, which is uniquely structured to address U.S. and international privacy law developments. The full roster of speakers will be released the week before the conference.

To ask questions, message our speakers via LinkedIn! Profiles can be found within the Agenda.
