DESCRIPTION

Part 2 of 3: A good settlement can provide effective resolution for your client, while a bad one can be a disaster. Experienced practitioners will discuss a wide range of practice tips to help you guide your client into an effective settlement agreement when litigated a sexual harassment, sexual assault/battery, gender discrimination and/or harassment case.
