DESCRIPTION

A keynote address on developments in Title IX law with a look ahead, by Associate Professor of Law and Associate Dean for Diversity, Equity and Belonging Nancy Chi Cantalupo. She is a leading scholar/activist on Title IX law. The keynote address is followed by a dialogue between Professor Cantalupo with Denise Oldham, the former Title IX officer at UC Berkeley, and co-director of the gender harassment working group of the Berkeley Center on Comparative Equality and Anti-Discrimination Law.
